We’re partnering with a hospital in East Texas to staff a long-term Emergency Medicine locum position—offering great shift flexibility, a balanced patient load, and a collaborative team environment.

📍 Location: Near Longview, TX
🗓️ Target Start Date: ASAP (after credentialing)
🛫 Travel: All expenses covered

💼 Schedule & Coverage:
Minimum Commitment: 5 shifts/month
Annual ED Volume: ~24,000 patients
Average Daily Census: ~65 patients/day
Trauma Level: Non-designated
👩‍⚕️ Staffing Model & Shifts:
🔷 MD/DO Coverage – 25.86 hrs/day
Mon: 7a–4p, 1p–9p, 9p–7a
Sun, Tues–Thurs: 7a–3p, 2p–10p, 9p–7a
Fri–Sat: 7a–7p, 7p–7a

🏥 Facility Details:
ED Beds: 15 + 2 Fast Track
Scribes: Not available
Admit Rate: 10% EMS Volume: 18.3% EMR System: EPIC

✅ Requirements:
Certifications: ABEM only
License: Active TX license required
Credentialing: ~60–90 days
Temps may be possible, but full process still takes ~60+ days
