December 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31 days (7am-7pm)
December 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28 nights (7pm-7am)
December 30, 31 days (7am-7pm)

Work Details:
· Support staff: 3 RN, 1 MA
· Patients per day: 10-20
· Department description: Trauma Level 4 Facility
· EMR: Epic
· Hospital bed size: 10
Practice Setting:
• Inpatient
Requirements:
· Board Certification: Yes - can take ABFM and ABIM with EM experience
· License required: Active WA License
· Certifications required: ACLS, ATLS, BLS, PALS
Credentialing Timeframe: 48 hours
