2. Duration September 1st - ongoing coverage
3. Patients Per Day: 13-15
4. EMR System: Epic
5. Practice Setting: Outpatient
6. License Required: North Carolina
7. Certifications Required: BLS
8. Schedule Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm *Provider will also be on call but the client made it clear it is very rare to take or get calls.
