🏥 Practice Setting: Ambulatory / Outpatient Clinic

📆 Contract Type: FMLA Coverage
🕒 Schedule: Minimum 3 days per week, 8am-5pm

💼 Work Details
👩‍⚕️ Support Staff: 1 MD (no APPs)

👨‍⚕️ Average Daily Census: 20–25 adult patients

💉 Procedures: Bread & Butter Endocrinology

🧬 Patient Population: Adult

⚙️ Coverage Type: FMLA Leave

🏥 Ambulatory clinic setting

✅ Requirements
🎓 Board Certification:

Endocrinology OR Internal Medicine with Endocrinology Fellowship

🪪 Georgia Medical License: Required (Not willing to license)

💊 DEA (GA Registered): Required

💻 Epic EMR Experience: Required

🕓 Credentialing Timeframe
Approx. 60 days

📝 Will bill under absent provider’s NPI to expedite privileges
