Endocrinologist – Locums – Covington, GA

Assignment Type: Coverage

Schedule:

Minimum of 3 days per week

Ongoing assignment


Practice Setting:

100% outpatient (ambulatory)

Support staff: 1 MD, no APPs

EMR: Epic


Work Details:

Average daily census: 20–25 adult patients

Bread-and-butter endocrinology

No inpatient or call responsibilities


Requirements:

Board Certified in Endocrinology, or Internal Medicine with Endocrinology fellowship training

Active Georgia medical license (required)

DEA (GA) and BLS required

Minimum 1 year of experience

Must provide NPI for name clear

Not open to licensing

Credentialing: ~60 days (privileges expedited under absent provider’s NPI)

Travel: Flight, rental car, and hotel covered
