Locum Tenens Opportunity | Endocrinology | Adult Patients | VA License Preferred

Job description

Join a leading healthcare team in Virginia as a Board-Certified/Eligible Endocrinologist. This is a full-time outpatient position (M–F, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM) with an established patient panel, strong support staff, and a collaborative practice environment.

Position Details:
- Start Date: November 17, 2025
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Contract: 6 months (with possible extension)

Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and manage patients with endocrine disorders, including Type 1 & Type 2 Diabetes (insulin pumps included)
- Order and interpret labs, imaging, and diagnostic studies
- Create and manage treatment plans, including lifestyle and medication guidance
- Provide ongoing follow-up and adjust care as needed

Requirements:
- MD or DO with Endocrinology fellowship training
- Board Certified/Eligible in Endocrinology
- Active VA medical license (preferred not a deal braker)
