Outpatient Endocrinology Locum Opportunity – Washington State

Job description

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (8-hour days)
Start: As soon as credentialed and enrolled
Duration: 6 months

We’re seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Endocrinologist (MD/DO) to provide outpatient coverage in Washington State. This role is clinic-based only, with no rounding or admissions, and includes pager-based answering service coverage during business hours only.

You’ll be working alongside the Section Lead Endocrinologist and a PA, seeing a manageable 12–16 patients per day, with a focus on patients aged 16 and older.

Highlights:

No Nights or Weekends: Monday–Friday schedule with business-hours-only call (pager)

Clinic-Only Setting: No hospital duties, rounding, or admissions required

Collaborative Team Environment: Work closely with a Section Lead Endocrinologist and PA in a supportive setting

Requirements:

WA License (required at time of presentation)

EMR: EPIC proficiency required

Must be comfortable seeing patients ages 16+

No overtime available
