New Endocrinology locum in Bellingham, WA-Asap Start-WA license only-$250 Hr-M to F-Urgent need

◊ COVID VACCINE REQUIRED
◊ Pertinent Facility Information: Cordata South Endocrinology, Bellingham, WA
◊ Reason for Coverage: Gap coverage
◊ Total Number of FTE’s needed: 1.0
◊ Shift Schedule Details: Mon – Fri, 8a-5p Answering service pager services only during business hours.
◊ Minimum number of shifts required per month? 2 weeks per month.
◊ EMR: EPIC – highly prefer proficiency
◊ Patients per Day/Volume: 12-16 per day (Typically 20 minutes with a patient for follow ups and urgent consults can be 20-40 minutes per patient)
◊ Practice Setting: Outpatient Clinic
◊ Support Staff: will be working with section lead Endocrinologist and PA
◊ Job Type: Hourly, non-inclusive
◊ Bill Rates: Max Contracted rates: $250/hr.
◊ Coverage Dates: As soon as possible
◊ Credentialing Timeframe: 45-90. The team is working on getting emergency credentialing approved
◊ Temps Available: working to get approved
◊ Board Certified Required: Yes, unless truly BE
◊ Must Have an Active Washington License; WA DEA required
◊ Certifications Required: BLS
