The opportunity to be an Independent Locum Tenens Professional is available to all Allied Health Professionals in America. This new company will be owned, operated and controlled collectively by the Locum Tenens Professionals who provide healthcare services to the healthcare industry.

Each Professional will receive a share of common stock in Healthcare Pros Of America, Inc., a Delaware corporation upon their first Assignment. Each Professional will create their own assignments and negotiate their own Pay Rate. Healthcare Pros Of America, Inc. provides Employer of Record service keeping you compliant with labor laws and tax regulations. Healthcare Pros Of America, Inc. funds the weekly payroll account and processes the invoices for your Client/Healthcare Institution. Healthcare Pros Of America, Inc. will not charge you any upfront fees; commissions or markups on your Pay Rate. A 5.5% Administrative Fee is added to the Bill Rate charge to the Client/Healthcare Institution.

• HPOA is the Employer of Record that funds PAYROLL and administers BENEFITS
