Gastroenterology
As a GI Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, you will utilize advanced health assessment, knowledge, and decision-making skills, working both independently and in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals. You will provide healthcare to individuals and families, emphasizing health promotion and disease prevention. You may care for patients ranging in age from 18 to elderly, depending on your area of expertise. This position requires a high level of customer service skills to establish and enhance positive relationships with patients, co-workers, and others.
