New GI APP Opportunity – New Mexico (Clinic-Based, No Call)

Job description

This is Kaitlin, Principal Recruiter with Aya Locums. We have a new GI APP opportunity in New Mexico looking for coverage once credentialed.

Assignment Details:
• Start Date: As soon as credentialed (90–120 days; emergency privileges possible)
• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:30a–4:30p (Fridays typically patient care until noon)
• Coverage Type: Scheduled clinic hours (no call)
• Setting: Outpatient GI clinic
• Patient Population: Adults (18+) – high Hep C population, high-volume clinic
• Procedures: Clinic work-ups for EGD, Colonoscopy, Manometry, Bravo, Small Bowel Capsules, Fibroscan (provider will cover clinic while physicians perform procedures)
• Support Staff: 4 GI physicians, 2 MAs, 1 scheduler
• EMR: Epic
• Requirements: NM license, BLS, GI experience preferred
