FTE needed 1.0
Daily Shift Standard (8hr or 12hr): 8 hours

Expected duration of assignment: Approval is good through 10/01/2026. We may request an extension if needed.

Reason for opening: Gap in coverage

Schedule /Shift hours: Monday-Friday in the clinic 8am-5pm

Type of privileges (clinic/hospital/both): Both

Setting: Inpatient, Outpatient or Both?: Both


If Inpatient, # of beds: 253

Call requirement: None

Rounding, admissions, or none?: None

Patient demographics: 18+

Average patients per day: In the clinic, average is 16

Required Procedures: None
Required clinical activity in the last 24 months (case logs): Applicant must provide documentation of provision of clinical services representative of the scope and complexity of the privileges requested during the previous 24 months

Will provider work solo? If not, other providers specialties working with them: No, there are GI MD and other APPs that are part of the practice

Licensed Candidate: Yes/No: Yes, Washington license is required to be in hand at time of present.

Required certifications (Must be from American Heart Association or American Red Cross as applicable): BLS

EMR: EPIC
