Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is currently seeking a Physician Assistant to join a high-performing Gastroenterology team at a multi-specialty practice in the Bronx. This role offers meaningful clinical exposure to GI conditions, endoscopic procedures, and digestive health management. New grads are welcome. For part-time applicants, experience in the specialty is required.

✔️ Active NY State Physician Assistant license
✔️ Board Certification required
✔️ Open to new grads; part-time applicants must have GI experience
✔️ Strong diagnostic, communication, and clinical documentation skills
✔️ Familiarity with gastroenterology protocols and patient education
✅ Key Responsibilities
✔️ Evaluate and manage patients with GI symptoms and chronic digestive disorders
✔️ Order and interpret diagnostic tests such as endoscopy, colonoscopy prep, and labs
✔️ Develop and manage treatment plans, medications, and follow-up care
✔️ Document patient progress, procedures, and outcomes accurately in EHR
✔️ Assist in endoscopic procedures and provide pre/post-op care
✔️ Educate patients on gastrointestinal conditions, diet, and lifestyle modifications
✔️ Collaborate with gastroenterologists and the broader care team
✔️ Maintain compliance with clinical standards and safety protocols
