Pay & Benefits:

Pay Range: $350 – $375/hour

24-hour Call Rate: $6,296/day

Holiday & Overtime Rate: 1.3x regular rate

All travel, lodging, and transportation covered within client caps (flight up to $800 roundtrip, lodging up to $200/night, rental car up to $45/day)

9/29 – 10/1

10/6 – 10/13

10/20 – 11/03

11/08 – 11/10

11/24 – 12/01

12/06 – 12/08

12/15 – 01/05

Schedule & Coverage:
24-hour call (7:00 AM – 7:00 AM)

Inpatient setting
Support staff available
Average patient volume: 10–20/day

Procedures:
Upper GI endoscopy
Small bowel biopsy
Lower GI endoscopy
Sigmoidoscopy
Colonoscopy

Requirements:
Board Certified in Gastroenterology
DEA required
Fellowship required

• Active Arizona medical license (no exceptions)
• ACLS & BLS certifications required
• Clean record for expedited credentialing (next-day approval possible)
