9/29 – 10/1
10/6 – 10/13
10/20 – 11/03
11/08 – 11/10
11/24 – 12/01
12/06 – 12/08
12/15 – 01/05
(Shifts: 7am–7am)

🏥 Assignment Details:
Support Staff: Yes
Patients per shift: 10–20
Trauma Level: 4 | 300-bed facility
EMR: Cerner
Setting: Inpatient
Procedures: Upper GI endoscopy, Small Bowel biopsy, Lower GI endoscopy, Sigmoidoscopy, Colonoscopy

✅ Requirements:
Board Certification
Active AZ License
DEA, ACLS, BLS
