Gastroenterologist needed in Valencia, CA

Hello, this is Alisha, Senior Principal Recruiter at Aya Locums. I'm reaching out today about a new Gastroenterologist need in Valencia, CA.

Contract Length: 3 months, ASAP start
Shift Details: 7a-7a 24 hour call and response to inpatient procedures as needed.

Work Details:
Procedures
• Proctoscopy and/or flexible sigmoidoscopy
• Colonoscopy with and without biopsy or polypectomy including colonic dilatation and placement of stent
• Complete enteroscopy including single or double balloon enteroscopy (DBE) with or without biopsy
• Capsule endoscopy
• Upper gastrointestinal endoscopy with or without biopsy including hemostasis (injection,
electrosurgical or ligation) and sclerotherapy or banding of esophageal varices and dilation of the
esophagus or pylorus.
• Upper gastrointestinal endoscopy device placement including stent or Bravo.
• Use of energy sources (excluding lasers) during an endoscopic procedure.
• Percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy (PEG)
ERCP Procedures
• ERCP with biliary manometry
• ERCP with sphincterotomy and stone extraction
• ERCP with placement of biliary and/or pancreatic stent
• ERCP with placement of nasobiliary drainage
