We’re seeking MDs and DOs to join our growing clinical team, led by renowned obesity medicine expert Dr. Rekha Kumar. Providers on Found’s platform deliver patient-centered, high-quality care supported by proprietary technology, including a custom EMR designed for seamless, meaningful patient interactions. With a flexible schedule and the opportunity to work within one of the largest obesity practices in the U.S., you’ll help expand access to evidence-based, cost-effective weight care nationwide.

As part of our latest offering, you’ll conduct synchronous consultations with insured members—providing health assessments, prescribing medication when appropriate, managing comorbidities, and supporting patients through ongoing care. In collaboration with our support team and RNs, you’ll monitor progress, adjust treatment plans, and help patients navigate side effects, insurance coverage, and long-term goals. We're looking for tech-savvy, mission-driven providers with experience in obesity medicine and telehealth who are committed to improving outcomes and access for patients across the country.

Qualifications:
- MD or DO degree
- Board certified in at least one of the following: internal medicine, emergency medicine, family medicine
- Licensed in multiple states, including some combination of: CA, TX, FL, NY, PA, NC, OH, GA, VA or IL. - Candidates with licensure in additional states, including but not limited to AL, WA, NJ, TN, MD, SC are strongly encouraged to apply.
- At least 2 years of independent practice experience
- Previous telemedicine experience
- Strong and empathetic oral and written communication skills
- Ability to adapt and remain agile, while helping to improve our ability to deliver care
- Obesity medicine certification preferred
- Research shows that addressing weight health reduces the long-term risk of diabetes, heart disease, and some forms of cancer. Position: This is a 1099 contract role
Compensation: Competitive compensation - depending on the number of states licenses and hours worked, providers can expect to earn between $90-$140 per hour. Found also offers additional monthly bonus incentives to providers who meet certain criteria.
Scheduling: Providers have flexibility to set their own schedules (with most members preferring weekday and Saturday morning appointments times), and are paid based on consults completed (member no-shows are also compensated). We are looking for providers who can give 20+ hours of availability per week. Typically, we ask for availability to be provided 6 weeks in advance.
