GI Hospitalist needed in Georgia

Job description

Specialty: Gastroenterologist / Hospitalist
Start Date: As soon as credentialed (preferably in April )
Contract Length: 3+ months
Shift Details: Mon-Fri Days: 7hr shift plus evening call (7hrs gratis), Sat & Sun: 4hr working days with afterhours (2 hrs gratis)
Schedule: 7on-7off
Work Details:
• Support staff: TBD
• Amount of coverage needed per month: Full-time coverage needed
• Patients per day: TBD
• Patient population/age: TBD
• Department description: Inpatient Basic GI, No EUS/ERCP , 7 FT GIs in Dept, and APP support
• EMR: TBD
• Hospital bed size: 540 beds
• Special procedures: General GI Procedures. Colonoscopies and EDG’s
• Skills required: General GI
Practice Setting:
• Hospital
Requirements:
• Board Certification: TBD
• State license required: GA license required or IMLC
• DEA: required
• Certifications preferred:
• Certifications required: BLS, ACLS
• Minimum experience required: 1year
Credentialing Timeframe: TBD
Willing To License?: No

• Ongoing for 3 months or longer
