Gastroenterologist needed in Dalton, GA! Travel and Lodging covered! Willing to license with IMLC!

Job description

Support staff: Currently 5 physicians, 2 PT, 3 FTE, then 5 APPs and 1 inpatient, 4 OP
• Coverage Type: scheduled hours and call
• Schedule Details: 7a-2 or 3, Mon-Fri. Call: typically one week out of the month. Typically, call during weeknights. No coming in on weeknights unless it is a GI bleed.
If there is a need to come in the weekend they are on call, they will do so.

Work Details:
• Practice Setting: Clinic and Procedural Center, but they are fine with locum doing procedures only. Outpatient location is about 5 min drive away, Center: state of the art, large negative pressure rooms, top of the line. Onsite Anesthesia.
• Avg. Daily Census: General colonoscopy (can do) about 13 per day. Outpatient: 20 visits
• Procedures: General colonoscopy

Requirements:
• License: Required, May be open to IMLC
• Privileging timeframe: 60- days if GA licensed

• 13 weeks with option to extend
• On call required
