Description: General GI care of acute and chronic GI conditions, new patient access, endoscopies, hospital consults, patient admits, and rounding needed in Knox County, Illinois



Typical week: 2 full days per week in office 8-5, 2 ½ days in surgery; ½ day flex

Avg Clinic Patients per day: 20

Typical call Shift: Most are phone consults and cases are done in OR the next day

Weekend and Weekday coverage needed

Weekday shift: 8a-5p (clinic and surgery days)

Weeknight Pager call: 5p-8a

Weekend call: Fri -5p-Mon 8a

**Group will work with the locum physician on call expectations.



Required:

IL license active and unrestricted

Board Certified/Board Eligible

DEA

ACLS, BLS

CSR License

Covid Vaccination

EMR: EPIC

1-year minimum experience

Compensation:

· Competitive Market Rate (rate based on availability, experience, certifications, housing, and transportation needs, etc.)

• 20 patients per day
• EMR EPIC
• 2 clinic days, 1.5 surgery days, .5 flex
