JOB DESCRIPTION

partnered with an established clinic in northeastern Illinois that has an opportunity for a Gastroenterologist to provide locum coverage.

Opportunity Highlights:

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8-hour shifts
No call required
Setting: Outpatient clinic
Patient Volume: 10-15
Cases: Scopes
EMR: Epic
Must be board-certified or board-eligible

QUALIFICATIONS

Current DEA registration
MD or DO degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
Active and unrestricted Gastroenterologist license in the state of Illinois
Board certification in Gastroenterology
Minimum of two years of clinical experience in a gastroenterology
Strong proficiency in diagnosing and managing acute and chronic conditions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for patient interaction.
Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and ethical standards.
Be highly collaborative, and enjoy leading care teams with a patient-centric orientation
Confident in his/her ability to deliver high quality primary care, which includes being available to patients and addressing their medical and social needs
