Job Description:
General GI Hospitalist Model (7 day coverage), ideally 1 provider to work week on week off
Bread and butter GI (no EUS/ERCP required)
Anesthesia/MAC available (no conscious sedation required, but available if physician is comfortable)
Likely shift hours are 8am - 4pm (or earlier depending on census), then pager call

Hospital is licensed for 170 inpatient beds (24 ICU beds). There is 24/7 internal medicine hospitalist service in the hospital and ER docs are board certified in emergency medicine.

• Will accept multiple providers
• Admission required
• Hospital is stroke certified
• 20 beds in department
• Active license or IMLC
• 90 days to cred
• Will have support staff
• BLS, ACLS - required
• Call - Yes - week on week off - non overnight

• Bread and butter GI
• 10 ppd
• IN license or IMLC
