Full time General GI Hospitalist need near Indianapolis, IN!

Job description

General GI Hospitalist Model (7 day coverage), ideally 1 provider to work week on week off covering Hospital South

Bread and butter GI (no EUS/ERCP required)

Anesthesia/MAC available (no conscious sedation required, but available if physician is comfortable)

Likely shift hours are 8am - 4pm (or earlier depending on census), then pager call

It is licensed for 170 inpatient beds (24 ICU beds). There is 24/7 internal medicine hospitalist service in the hospital and ER docs are board certified in emergency medicine.

GI MD needed in metro south Indianapolis (Greenwood)
Inpatient only
PPD- 10
Will accept multiple providers
Admission required
Hospital is stroke certified
20 beds in department
Active license or IMLC
90 days to cred
Will have support staff
BLS, ACLS - required
Call - Yes - week on week off - non overnight

• 7 on/7 off block schedule
• Procedures required
• 8am - 4pm
