Job description

Assignment Overview:

Pay Rate: $3,100+/day

Start Date: On or around October 13, 2025

Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 8-hour days

Contract Length: 1 year (Oct 2025 – Oct 2026)

Location: Endoscopy suite attached to a hospital

Setting: Outpatient only

Call: None

Clinical Details:

Volume: 12–13 routine colonoscopies/day

Cases: Health screening colonoscopies only

Duties: Call patients with positive findings; nursing staff handles all other follow-ups

Support: Full clerical, nursing, MA, and anesthesia support

EMR: Cerner & G-Gastro

Patient Population: Adults only

Additional Notes:

Credentialing: ~90 days (120 for non-licensed providers)

Vaccination: COVID-19 vaccine required per bylaws

Provider Type: MD only (NP/PA not accepted); seeking two .8 FTE physicians for full coverage
