Gastroenterologist needed in Missouri

Job description

We're actively seeking a board-certified Gastroenterologist to provide ongoing inpatient consult and procedural coverage across two conveniently located hospitals in Missouri. This is a Monday–Friday, 7am–5pm schedule with no weekend or call coverage required, perfect for a physician looking for consistency and balance.

Coverage Dates Needed:
Aug 4–8, Aug 11–15, Aug 25–29
Sept 1–5, Sept 15–19, Sept 29–Oct 3
Oct 6–10, Oct 27–31
Nov 10–14, Nov 24–28
Dec 1–5, Dec 8–12, Dec 22–26, Dec 29–Jan 2
Jan 5–9 (2026)

Position Highlights:
Consistent Weekly Schedule with No Call
Monday–Friday, 7am–5pm inpatient consults and GI procedures, with full APP support and Epic EMR.

Collaborative Environment Across Two Locations
Work with a skilled team of 4 physicians and 6 APPs at two hospitals just 10 miles apart.

Fully Paid Travel and Lodging

Requirements:
Board Certified in Gastroenterology

Active Missouri license (IMLC accepted if license is in hand at time of submission)

DEA and minimum of 2 years of experience

Credentialing timeline: 60–90 days
