May 3 (4:00 PM) – May 4 (7:00 AM)

June 15 (7:00 AM) – June 22 (7:00 AM)

Schedule

Day shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Monday–Friday)

Night beeper call: Monday–Friday

24-hour beeper call: Weekends

Coverage Requirement: Full-time coverage preferred; will consider physicians able to work a minimum of 7 consecutive days per month

Hospital Bed Size: 434 beds

Required Procedures & Skills

ERCP (minimum 150 in the past 2 years)

EUS (required)

Esophageal, duodenal, or luminal stent placement (20 in past 2 years)

Colonoscopy with or without polypectomy (100 in past 2 years at initial appointment; 150 at reappointment)

Diagnostic and therapeutic EGD (including foreign body removal and polypectomy)

Argon plasma coagulation

Non-variceal hemostasis (upper and lower)

Esophageal dilation (balloon, bougie, or Savary with guidewire)

Biopsies of the esophagus, stomach, small bowel, and colon

Flexible sigmoidoscopy

GI motility studies and 24-hour pH monitoring

Enteral alimentation

Percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy

Performance of history and physical exams
