Job description

We are seeking a board-certified Gastroenterologist for a locum tenens assignment beginning January 1, 2026. This opportunity includes defined coverage blocks and potential for ongoing scheduling.

Assignment Details:

Start Date: January 1, 2026

End Date: March 15, 2026

Coverage Blocks:

January 1–18

January 27–February 12

February 28–March 15

Additional coverage available beyond these dates

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (closed on major holidays)

Clinical Scope:

Setting: Split between clinic and endoscopy (4 hours each daily)

Patient Population: General Gastroenterology

Special Procedures: EUS/ERCP not required; premium rates offered for candidates proficient in these procedures

EMR: Details provided during credentialing

Additional Information:

Licensing assistance available; credentialing may begin while license is in process

Travel and malpractice insurance fully covered
