Coverage blocks available: Nov 24 (7a) – Nov 29 (7a) and Dec 23 (5p) – Jan 5 (7a)

Rotating schedule across hospital, office, and ambulatory center with Epic EMR

No ERCP or EUS required – focus on general GI procedures, consults, and follow-ups

Work Details

Coverage: 7 days/month (including weekends)

Call: Weekly blocks (Mon 7a–Mon 7a) or (Fri 7a–Fri 7a)

Clinic hours: 8a–5p (Mon–Thurs) | 8a–12p (Fri)

Procedures: 7:30a–3:30p (Mon–Thurs) | 7:30a–1p (Fri)

Patient population: Adults 18+

Support staff: Medical Director, Office Supervisor, LPNs, MOAs, Surgery Schedulers

EMR: Epic | Endo documentation: Lumens

Requirements

Board Certified in Gastroenterology

Active PA license required

DEA, BLS, ACLS required

Background checks: PA state police, child abuse clearance, FBI criminal history

Credentialing timeframe: 60–90 days
