🌟 GI Locum Tenens Opportunity – South Carolina

Job description

Start Date: October 5, 2025
Contract Length: 6 months minimum with option to extend
Schedule: Monday–Sunday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (10-hour days) with evening call coverage required

Position Details:
• Scheduled clinical hours plus on-call; call requires physical return to hospital for emergencies
• Practice across multiple hospital and outpatient GI centers within a short commute
• Support staff includes 5 physicians, 9 mid-level providers, OR team, and CRNAs
• Adult patient population only

Procedures Required:
Upper and lower GI endoscopy, biopsies, esophageal dilatation/manometry, colonoscopy with biopsy/excision, and related GI procedures

Call:
Inpatient rounding and procedures; average new consults range from 6 to 16 per day depending on location, with APP support; advanced endoscopy expected at main campus when covering satellite locations

Documentation: Must be completed onsite during scheduled hours (no OT credit)
