Job description
Location: Northern Tennessee
Start Date: January 2026
Contract Length: Ongoing
Schedule & Coverage:
24-hour call shifts (7:00 AM to 7:00 AM next day)
Schedule confirmed through December 2026
Extreme flexibility of scheduling
Clinical Scope:
Common cases: GI bleeds, abdominal pain, food bolus impaction, elevated liver enzymes
Work settings: Endoscopy suite and Main OR
Average patient volume: 8 per day
Support staff: OR and in-house endoscopy nurses
Patient population: Adolescents, Adults, Geriatrics
Trauma Level: III
EMR: Epic
Requirements:
Board Certified in Gastroenterology
ERCP proficiency required
DEA and BLS certifications
