Practice Setting: Inpatient and Outpatient
Board Certification: Required
Fellowship Training: Required
Active Texas Medical License or IMLC (Interstate Medical Licensure Compact)
Certifications: ABLS, ACLS, ATLS, BLS
Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days
