Advanced GI (ERCP/EUS) Needed in Charleston, WV | Outpatient Only, No Call | Travel Paid

Job description

Start: October 1, 2026 (or as soon as credentialed)
Length: 26 weeks / 6 months — 2–3 weeks per month coverage; will consider multiple providers (open to extension)
Coverage: Outpatient advanced GI — a set daily schedule of ERCP and EUS procedures, plus supporting the call team by adding urgent inpatient cases
Schedule: Clinic coverage, Monday–Friday, 8:00a–5:00p. This is not an on-call position.
Call: Not an on-call position
Volume: Approximately 9 patients per day / 9 advanced cases per day
Patient Population: Adults (18+, average age 58)
Practice Setting: Acute care hospital system — outpatient GI across three locations; EMR Cerner; 0 inpatient beds
Support: 9 APPs (two trained in advanced GI who perform preliminary evaluations), plus RNs, LPNs, and MAs across three GI locations
Special Procedures: ERCP (general and therapeutic) and EUS

Requirements:
- Board Certified in Gastroenterology
- ERCP (general and therapeutic) and EUS proficiency required
- West Virginia license required — IMLC accepted, or candidates who qualify for a WV license
- DEA required
- BLS and ACLS required
