Start Date: As soon as Credentialed
Contract Length: 3-6 Months with Option to Extend
Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:30a-4:30p
Practice Setting: Hospital/Endoscopy Suite

Active WI License Preferred (We can help license you)
Credentialing Timeframe: 60 Days
Medical malpractice insurance, travel, and lodging provided
