Pre OP Anesthesia NP/PA Needed in Eureka, CA:
Start Date: 11/2025
Contract Length: 04-30-2026
M-F full time need (8-430) for about 14 weeks.
Patients per shift: 9
Trauma Level: 3
Skills required: Surgical experience required. Looking for a midlevel provider to join our preoperative clinic to perform consults on surgical patients doing risk assessment, information gathering, speaking to patients and writing a full consult note for day of surgery. Report abnormal labs and tests to medical director, answer questions for RN’s in clinic, discuss any patient concerns with medical director. Alert medical director to any logistical issues.
Practice Setting:
Outpatient
DEA: Yes
Certifications required: BLS
At least 50 clinical services/cases or assessments in an acute care hospital within the last 24 months

Credentialing Timeframe: 90-120 Days
Active CA License Required
Medical malpractice insurance, travel, and lodging provided
