APP – Cardiothoracic Surgery – 2–3 week blocks – WA

Details:
• Start date: as soon as credentials are issued
• Schedule: 7a–7p with on-call rotation; calls from nurse’s floor
• Practice setting: mix of inpatient and outpatient
• Support staff: Yes
• Patient volume: 10–15 patients per shift
• Trauma Level: I, II, III, IV
• Skills: vein harvesting, DaVinci robotic cardiac/thoracic surgery preferred
• EMR: Epic

Requirements:
• Board certification: required
• License: WA required at time of submission
• Certifications: ACLS
• Credentialing: 10 weeks
• Will NOT license

• Schedule: 2–3 week blocks for continuity, 5x8s with on-call rotation
• Must have WA license; NP or PA accepted
