2 General Surgery & CV Surgery PAs Needed in CA

Location: Santa Rosa, CA

Start: November

13-week assignment with the option to extend

Schedule: We are looking for one full time provider to work 8 hours a day/ 5 days a week. NO OT is expected. Please seek preapproval for any OT with the medical director. Potential for weekend call (12 or 24 hour).

Work Details:
· Support staff: Yes
· Providers Requested: 1
· Trauma Level: 2
· EMR: Epic
· Skills required: general surgery experience

Practice Setting:
• Inpatient

Requirements:
· Board Certification: Yes, (PA-C)
· License required: Active CA License Only
· DEA: Yes
· Certifications required: ACLS, BLS

Credentialing Timeframe: 90-120 Days
