Job description

Cardiothoracic Surgery Physician Assistant Needed in South Carolina:
Start Date: Oct 2025
Contract Length: 6 months
Schedule: M-F, 6a-2p (8hr GT), OT after 8 hours daily
Call: 5% on weekdays, 75% weekends (ER Call primarily)
Patient Population: Adults ONLY
Setting: Outpatient and Inpatient/Acute Care
Daily Caseload: 10 patient per day - 5 Admissions, 5 ICU, 4 Surgeries
Experience: Minimum of 2 years
Must be able to harvest vein and first assist surgeon on all open heart cases, suturing, and pre/post op surgical care

Credentialing Timeframe: ASAP
Active SC License
Medical malpractice insurance, travel, and lodging provided
