Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgeon (MIGS) to join a prestigious team of ABOG board-certified gynecologists in New York, NY. Qualifications
✅ Education:
MD or DO from an accredited medical school
Completion of OB/GYN residency and MIGS fellowship
✅ Licensure:
Active New York State Medical License
MIGS Board Certified or Board Eligible
✅ Experience:
Expertise in robotic surgery (preferably using the da Vinci platform)
Strong background in laparoscopic and hysteroscopic procedures
✅ Technical Skills:
Skilled in managing conditions such as endometriosis, fibroids, and pelvic pain
Proficient in EHR documentation and surgical planning
✅ Soft Skills:
Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred
Compassionate, culturally competent communicator and team player

Key Responsibilities
✅ Perform minimally invasive gynecologic procedures, including laparoscopy, hysteroscopy, and robotic-assisted surgeries
✅ Diagnose and manage complex gynecologic conditions such as endometriosis, fibroids, and chronic pelvic pain
✅ Create individualized treatment plans focused on patient safety, recovery, and outcomes
✅ Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams to ensure holistic patient management
✅ Document all procedures and care plans accurately and in compliance with clinical guidelines
✅ Mentor residents or junior staff and contribute to continuous innovation in MIGS techniques
