Coverage Type: Clinic + Call
Start: Nov
End: Ongoing
Schedule: Clinic: Mon-Fri 8a-5p; Call ratio- 1:3 (weeknight/weekends)
Shifts: 3-4 days in clinic/week & 10 call shifts/month
EMR: Athena & Meditech
Credentialing: 45 days
Patient/shift (clinic): 8-10
Beds in Department: 20
Patients seen (call): 4
Phone Consults: 3-5
Required Procedures: Appendectomy, Cholecystectomy, Hernioplasty, Nissen Fundoplication; U/L scopes (Sigmoidoscopy & Colonoscopy)

Licensed: NC
Certs: BLS; ACLS
