Schedule: Thursday 5:00 PM – Monday 7:00 AM

Work Details:

Coverage Needed: Call coverage every weekend (Thursday evening to Monday morning)

Department Description: Community-based hospital with four trauma rooms in the emergency department; not designated as a Level I or II Trauma Center

Practice Setting: Hospital

Requirements:

Board Certification: Required

State License: Active license required (not open to licensing)

DEA: Required

Certifications: BLS and ACLS required

Credentialing Timeframe: 45–60 days
