About the clinician's workday
A BC General Surgery physician is needed to assist with call coverage from December 1826 (7a-7a). This is 24-hour call onlyno clinic responsibilities. Night and weekend coverage is required. The provider can expect to manage approximately 15 clinic cases per day and 816 surgical cases per week. Theyll be joining an established practice with an existing surgeon and will not have any ICU, critical care, or code duties. Support for patient transfers is available through ECU Health Air and Ground. The system uses EPIC for its EMR, and orientation is required the day prior to starting.
