✔️ Education: Bachelor’s in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field
✔️ Experience:
    ✔️ 5+ years in physician billing (hospital-based preferred)
    ✔️ Knowledge of payer rules & denial management
    ✔️ Familiarity with NY healthcare market
✔️ Skills:
    ✔️ Revenue cycle analytics & KPI reporting
    ✔️ HIPAA compliance & audit support
    ✔️ Executive communication & team leadership

✔️ Oversee all day-to-day physician billing functions
✔️ Manage claim submission, AR follow-up, and denial resolution
✔️ Deliver KPI reports to NuHealth leadership
✔️ Collaborate with finance & compliance teams on audits
✔️ Train and supervise support staff
✔️ Ensure data security and HIPAA compliance
