Contract Length: 6 mo
Shift Details: 12 hour shifts
• Amount of coverage needed per month: 12 shifts
• Patients per day: PICU Day: M-F 5:1, WEs 7:1, PICU Nights: 10:1, TCUP Day: 5-8:1, TCUP Nights 16:1
The Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) provides extraordinary high-level care for children who require continuous monitoring. The unit has 20 beds for infants and children suffering from a variety of conditions or recovering from surgery. More than 1,000 children per year are admitted into the intensive care units arriving via ambulance, helicopter and airplane from throughout the western United States.

• Hospital bed size: 16-20
• Board Certification: **NP MUST BE CPNP-AC**
If PA, then a masters in physician assistant studies or medical studies required
• License required: yes, CA
• DEA: required

• 3x12 hour shifts per week
• Day and night shifts, weekends, block schedule potential
• PICU and PTCU
