JOB DESCRIPTION

A hospital in Indianapolis, Indiana, with an opening for an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to assist their team.

Opportunity Highlights:

Schedule: 8-hour day shifts
No call shifts
Daily volume: 4-10 patients
Inpatient setting
EMR: Cerner
ACLS & BLS required
IN or IMLC license accepted

QUALIFICATIONS

Current DEA registration
Master's or Doctoral degree in Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant from an accredited institution.
Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in the state of Indiana
Board certification
Minimum of two years of clinical experience in a primary care setting.
Strong proficiency in diagnosing and managing acute and chronic conditions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for patient interaction.
Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and ethical standards.
Be highly collaborative, and enjoy leading care teams with a patient-centric orientation
Confident in his/her ability to deliver high quality primary care, which includes being available to patients and addressing their medical and social needs
