Job description

This is Kaitlin, Principal Recruiter with Aya Locums. We have a new ICU APP opportunity at a hospital in Boston, MA, seeking coverage through March 31, 2026.

Assignment Details:
• Start: ASAP, through March 31, 2026
• Schedule: 3x13 hour shifts per week (6a–7p & 6p–7a)
• Facility Type: Hospital, ICU setting
• Average Census: 7 patients (expanding to 10 by January)
• Patient Population: Adult
• Support Staff: 4 APPs on staff, with MD/fellow supervision (some independence expected)
• Procedures: None required (responding clinician only – no intubations, lines, vents, transplants, ECHO, neuro stroke, etc.)
• Epic EMR
