Locum Hospitalist-NP/PA needed in Grand Traverse County, MI starting as soon as credentialed.

Job description

n- Schedule: Minimum of 5-7 shifts per month required, Night coverage
- Trauma Level: II
- Hospital Beds: 425
- Average Daily Census: 235
- ICU Coverage: Closed ICU. No lines, drains, or tubes required
- Number of ICU Beds: 20
- Step-Down Unit: HM cares for critical pts in intermediate SDU
- Codes & Rapid Response: yes HM
- Night NP/PA Procedures: Potential for Central line, intubation, arterial line (EM can assist if necessary)
- Number of Night Admits: 25
- Will see Adults and Peds (no neonatal)
- Sub-specialty Support: All subspecialist available
- EMR: Cerner
- Certification Requirements: Must be ACNP/AGACNP (NO AGNP only), Active MI License & DEA or willing to transfer
- Will be cross-credentialed at 5 additional locations
- Credentialing Timeframe: 60 days
