Specialty: Hospitalist NP
Start Date: December 20, 2024
Contract Length: One week ongoing

Shift Details:
Dates: December 20-26, 2024
Shift Hours: 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM
Call: No call required

Work Details:
Coverage Type: Vacation coverage; must be comfortable working independently from 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM, as the MD will cover from 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
Patient Volume: Small number of admits per day
EMR System: EPIC
Hospital Bed Size: 25-bed critical access hospital, 5-bed ICU (closed)
Special Procedures: No procedures required. If procedures are performed, documentation is necessary.

Practice Setting:
Location: Critical access hospital

Requirements:
Board Certification: Required
License Required: Active Oregon (OR) license
Experience: Minimum experience required; new graduate NPs may be considered if they have substantial RN experience.

Credentialing Timeframe: 2-3 months

• Credentialing Timeframe: ~60 - 90 Days
