Salary: $55,000–$70,000 + commission

✅ Qualifications
✔️ HIS Certification required
✔️ At least 1 year of experience fitting/dispensing hearing products
✔️ Proficient with hearing aid tech, diagnostics, and CounselEAR
✔️ Strong communication, empathy, and patient care focus
✔️ Passionate about improving quality of life through hearing health

✅ Key Responsibilities
✔️ Perform hearing evaluations and ear examinations
✔️ Fit, program, and repair hearing aids and earmolds
✔️ Educate patients on hearing loss, results, and options
✔️ Provide aftercare, cleanings, and troubleshooting
✔️ Maintain accurate records using CounselEAR EMR
✔️ Participate in outreach and support practice growth
✔️ Collaborate with staff to deliver exceptional patient care
