Setting: Hospital-based (OB/GYN)
Responsibilities: Cover both Boise and Nampa locations for night float and weekend shifts; must be available for all specified dates.
Required Procedures: OB hospitalist duties
EMR System: Not specified
Support Staff: Not specified
Days Per Month: As scheduled
On-Call/Weekends: Yes – see shift schedule

Board Certified – [REQUIRED]
Active ID license OR active IMLC – [REQUIRED] (LOQ needed at name clear)
Must be available to cover both locations – [REQUIRED]
