Greensburg, IN about an hour southeast of Indianapolis
Sep 17th
September 27th-28th
October 6th, 7th & 11th -20th
7a-7p with call 7p-7a
IN License, CSR, and DEA required
· IM or FM as long as the FM has HOSP experience
· BC/BE
· Must be able to intubate
· Lines and vents are preferred as well

• Late Sept shifts, plenty of Oct availability
• 7a-7p, on call thru night
• Must intubate, lines and vents preferred
